Shipping Location:

China, United States

1. North American buyers who purchase S0, S1, MU10 will be shipped from the US warehouse, and other products will be shipped from the Chinese warehouse.
2. Any products purchased by buyers outside North America will be shipped from China.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping Time:

1. 7-15 days in the United States
2. 7-20 days in other regions except South America
3. 15-30 days in South America

Order Processing Time:

Orders on weekdays will be processed within two days (excluding holidays) and orders on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

If your order is in stock, we will ship it within 48 hours after receiving your payment. Please leave your detailed delivery address and phone number, both of which are very important for shipping.

Please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery.

Due to force majeure, such as new logistics policies, epidemics, flight delays, customs detention, etc., or countries where logistics cannot be delivered normally, delivery time will be affected.

If you have not received the goods within 4 weeks after payment, please contact us immediately!

Packaging:

We have 18 years of industry experience, and each machine needs to undergo multiple quality tests before leaving the factory, including 48-hour high temperature test, vibration test, etc.

To avoid impact and vibration during transportation, we use professional packaging to ensure that the performance of our products is not affected.
