We have professional engineers to provide Free two-year warranty.
24 months for the whole machine including probes, lifelong maintainance with cost charge.
If you have any questions about your new products, please send us email, including:
*order number, the question you want to solve together with a picture of the product if necessary.
Access to professional after-sales distance guidance, after-sales staff will give corresponding strategies according to the problem.
Refund
*Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate us to track your return status and process your return.
Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.Returns can take up to 1 week to process, not including shipping time.
Return & Exchange conditions
Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
If you find that the product has quality problems or does not meet your usage requirements within 15 days after receiving the goods, you can contact us at sales13@dwvet.com to apply for a return and refund.
Please note that customized products do not support returns.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Goods returned to us without prior return application will not be accepted.
Usually we will refund the customer after receiving and confirming the returned package.

Return shipping:
If the product has quality problems, we will bear the return shipping cost;
Return shipping costs for other reasons are borne by the customer.
General Return Guidelines:
Returns must include all parts, components and accessories that came with the product, including packaging. Returns received incomplete or damaged may be refused.
Please be sure to send the product to the return address in the email. If the mailing address is incorrect, the order amount cannot be refunded.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Returns may take up to 1 week to process, not including shipping time.
For best service and to reduce the risk of lost/damaged returns, we recommend shipping packages via tracked shipping methods. Lost packages sent via non-tracked methods cannot guarantee a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. It may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
